Definitions

Named User

Any User that needs to login to MinuteView web platform, i.e. search for documents, complete a form, configure an automation, configure a product.

Automation

Every time a single process runs (start to finish). This may include multiple actions.

AI Services Integration

Where the Client elects to enable AI services within the Mesh platform (including, but not limited to, integrations with OpenAI), the Client must hold and maintain a valid third-party account with the relevant AI service provider. This account is separate from the Mesh subscription and is required to access AI-powered functionality. The setup process is simple and typically costs in the order of USD $50 per year, depending on the provider's pricing. This is considered a minimal expense, and Tentech highly recommends Clients enable this option to maximise the value of the Mesh platform.

Usage

Metered Execution

Your license to use the Software is conditioned on metered billing by workflow execution. Each time a workflow is triggered, one or more automation units will be consumed and billed in accordance with your subscription plan.

Automation Unit Consumption

The number of automation units consumed per execution may vary based on:

Workflow Complexity

Longer-running or more complex workflows (for example, those that loop, call external services, or process large data volumes) may consume additional units.

Node Duration

Nodes that execute over an extended period (e.g., long-polling or streaming activities) accrue unit consumption proportional to their active runtime.

Premium Components

Any insertion of a Premium Node (such as AI-powered steps, advanced connectors, or high-throughput integrations) will incur a higher per-unit rate and may multiply the total units consumed in a single execution.

Premium Integrations

Any insertion of a Premium Integration Node will incur a higher per-unit rate and may multiply the total units consumed in a single execution.

Automation Units

Automations Units are pooled across the user group.
Automation usage is calculated from the date the license is issued.
Any actions created in Mesh that use the Automation engine consume Automation Units.

Calculation and Reporting

Real-Time Metering

The Software continuously measures and reports automation unit consumption to your account dashboard. You agree to review your usage regularly to ensure compliance with your plan limits.

Overage Charges

If your consumption exceeds your plan allocation, you will automatically incur overage charges at the then-current overage rate published in your subscription terms.

Reporting

You must have an open port connection to the MinuteView server to provide usage information. If you cannot open the port, they must provide a screen snapshot of usage to Tentech no less than once per quarter.

Plan Adjustments and Upgrades

Plan Changes

Each tier includes a set number of Users and Automations. If more Users are needed, upgrade to the next tier. If more Automations are needed, either purchase additional Automations or upgrade to the next tier.

Upgrades: (for additional Automations and tier upgrade) applies to the remainder of the contract term.

Downgrades: are not possible during contract term.
